She is active in independent research and studies, as well as women’s holistic wellness leadership and has successfully refreshed and revitalized the ancient practice without watering down its significance by blending traditional philosophies with modern standards. Above all, her work affirms that health surpasses the physical, an idea that ultimately has metaphysical implications when we realize our innate abilities to heal and fortify our mind, body, and soul with natural alternatives using plant medicine-nature’s abundant gift.

From The Founder

“Not only do I value being an educated woman but I especially value being a self-educated woman, full and well.”

-Jennifer J.Cagle

As a woman who has suffered less than perfect gynecological and obsteretic health silently for years- womb wellness is very personal for me. Resulting from a teen pregnancy, I endured a very traumatic birth experience wherein I sustained a rare pregnancy condition. This condition is called Placenta Accreta, which is abnormal implantation of the placenta, deeply into the uterine wall and causing possible damage to nearby organs. It is an uncommon and severe condition that is dangerous for both mother & baby. The most significant risk is life-threatening hemorrhage, wherein severe blood loss and oxygen can lead to maternal or infant death. This would later become a recurring condition in every future pregnancy I experienced. The complications from that traumatic birth experience, caused severe uterine wall obtrusion which then triggered years of menstrual irregularities, menstrual disorders, hormonal imbalance, bladder weakness and even child loss.

My journey to discover womb health and wellness would soon eventuate- and learning to gently care for my body, heart, mind, and soul through nutrition, massage, movement, and natural herbal modalities intimately and intuitively and share those learnings to impassion other women, has revealed itself as my life purpose. I deeply feel that nurturing and caring for yourself is an integral piece of women’s healthcare, and self-care alternatives should be more widely promoted in our allopathic structure of western medicine. While there is a lack of information and tools for preventive care for women’s common gynecologic health issues, I am filled to the brim with self-empowering knowledge to share with those needing it. All women should be brazen with confidence to learn, love, accept, and care deeply for their own bodies without shame, fear, ignorance, or, judgement- and have a safe space to do so. This type of healing space rebirths vibrant, vivacious, healthy, whole women. Supporting women to thrive in all phases of her life passages- through menstruation, fertility, pregnancy, and birth, menopause, and beyond is key to fostering sustainable and generational healing on earth.
